ramadhan
well well...
ramadhan is coming by the end of this week.
so... me and amy decided to participated in our own way.
so, instead of fasting, this is what we'll do...
-3 meals a day, and only fruits in between... NO MUNCHIES!
-no food AFTER sundown
-no alcohol on weekdays, only allowed on saturday (started at 12:01am) till Sunday at 11:59pm
-no friendster or myspace on weekdays (rules applied the same as alcohol)
in a way, we kinda do the fasting right? ha!
we don't eat from sundown till sunrise...
hopefully by the end of ramadhan, we'll lose at least 5 lbs, hopefully more.
so by the beginning of winter, we'll fit to our jeans again... winter here we come!
woohoooo
and to spice things up, we're starting tomorrow!!!
a week before the real ramadhan starts... yeeha!
