fasting

i met this girl yesterday, she's turkish...
she was talking about fasting.
for about 23 years, she only fasted for an average total of a month.
she said that, she was told, if she's not ready, or if it's gonna affect her performance to study or everything else,
it's okay if she doesn't do it...

which makes me think that disti's logic was right after all...
