sambal kecap.

i would say....
something is terribly wrong with me.
i am obsessed with sambal kecap... and cabe rawit.
okay...
so first... it all begins when i was experimenting making this bulgogi thing.
i made the sambal kecap... and gosh ... it tastes soooooo fuckn' good..
obsession began...

next experiment,
my so-called kambing guling...
with this one, i added caberawit on the side,
eat em all up with the sambal kecap and hot white rice.
gosh it tasted like heaven.

ever since...
that was it... the perfect sauce for me.
ade was cooking beef tongue... with those superb sambal,
it tastes super delicious.

and today,
i'm trying to get away from sambal kecap...
and i cheated... i made ayam kecap.
therefore, sambal kecap on chicken.

and surely, i cut cabe rawit neatly... and put it on the side,
eat it with my hands with those fresh white rice.

i am addicted.
it is dangerous.
i'm kinda scared there'll be something wrong goin' on with my stomach.
i mean, it's not the regular sambal anymore...
i am going hardcore on those caberawit...
man...
